By opting in to receive SMS communications from Sunlake Interactive (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- Marketing messages, promotions, and special offers (if consent is provided)

Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement with our services.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying
STOP to any message you receive. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you opt back in.\

Sunlake Interactive reserves the right to update or modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in our SMS program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Sunlake Interactive Terms and Conditions

This Website Development and Marketing Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between Sunlake Interactive (“Sunlake,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the business or individual purchasing services (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).
By signing an order form, authorizing service, or making payment for services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
Scope of Services
Sunlake Interactive provides website design, development, hosting, and digital marketing services through a subscription-based service model.
Websites are built and maintained on platforms selected by Sunlake Interactive. The platforms, systems, tools, or frameworks used to develop websites may change at Sunlake Interactive’s discretion.
Unless otherwise stated in the signed order form, the initial website build will include up to ten (10) pages. Additional pages or features may require additional fees.
Standard website plans include basic on-page SEO setup including title tags and meta descriptions.
Bundled Services
Sunlake Interactive services are delivered as a bundled website and marketing subscription. The monthly service fee represents the combined value of services that may include website design and development, website hosting, SEO services, website maintenance, technical support, and marketing consultation.
Individual components of the service bundle are not itemized or sold separately.
Length of Term
Sunlake Interactive services operate on a twelve (12) month minimum commitment. Service begins on the date the Agreement is signed and the first payment is processed.
After the initial twelve-month term, services automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
Early Termination
Clients may terminate service early but remain responsible for the remaining balance owed under the twelve-month commitment. Sunlake Interactive may charge the remaining balance to the payment method on file.
Website Development Process
Sunlake Interactive will design and develop the Client’s website according to the scope of work outlined in the order form. The Client must provide required materials including content, images, and business information necessary to complete the website.
Website Hosting
Sunlake Interactive provides website hosting services for active clients. Hosting services are expected to maintain approximately 99.9% uptime but uptime cannot be guaranteed due to possible third-party outages.
Content & Acceptable Use
Sunlake Interactive will not publish illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or explicit content. The Client is responsible for ensuring all supplied materials comply with copyright and trademark laws.
Ownership, Platform Rights & Website Licensing
Sunlake Interactive provides websites as part of a subscription service. The Client does not purchase or obtain ownership of the website platform, design system, development framework, or hosting environment during the active subscription.
The Client retains ownership of all content they provide such as text, images, logos, and business information.
Sunlake Interactive retains ownership of the website framework, platform infrastructure, and systems used to build the website.
Option to Continue Hosting Without Service
If the Client wishes to discontinue marketing or management services but continue operating the website on Sunlake Interactive’s platform, the Client may convert to a hosting-only plan and pay a monthly hosting fee.
Pricing & Billing
Services are billed monthly via ACH or credit card. The Client authorizes Sunlake Interactive to automatically charge the payment method on file.
Late Payments & Suspension
Accounts more than seven (7) days past due may have services suspended until payment is received.
Collections
Sunlake Interactive may pursue collection through a collection agency or legal action. The Client agrees to pay reasonable costs associated with collection efforts including legal fees and court costs.
Marketing Disclaimer
Sunlake Interactive does not guarantee search rankings, traffic levels, leads, or marketing performance due to factors outside of our control including search engine algorithms and competition.
Data & Backup Disclaimer
Sunlake Interactive maintains periodic backups when possible but does not guarantee full data recovery in the event of system failure or cyber attack.
Limitation of Liability
Sunlake Interactive shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the previous twelve (12) months.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services after the initial 12-month commitment with 30 days written notice.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pasco County, Florida.
Personal Guarantee
If the Client is a business entity, the individual signing the agreement personally guarantees payment of all obligations.
Acceptance
By signing an order form or submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
